Georgemas Junction planning update

Stoerhouse Highlands Ltd has today received notification that the Reporter appointed by the Scottish Ministers has upheld our planning appeal and granted planning consent for the Georgemas project subject to a number of conditions being met. Naturally the company is delighted at this outcome.

Stoerhouse Highlands hopes that this decision will be well received by many in the local and wider community who are looking at the Combined Heat and Power plant to be the catalyst for a much broader development at the Georgemas Junction site. In this regard Stoerhouse Highlands looks forward to working closely with the site owners to develop associated commercial opportunities to provide high quality and sustainable employment within the Georgemas Energy and Logistics Park.
